Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call whenever feasible.
- Match customers’ demands with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share relevant information with internal and external stakeholders.
