Accounts that we can offer:
Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts, and Non-Voice Account, Dayshift, Voice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customers’ trust.
- Share information with internal and external clients and team members.
