Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working independently, and possess strong time-management abilities. This position offers the opportunity to work from home and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for executives.
  • Communication: Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. Respond to emails and inquiries promptly on behalf of the team.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Data Entry and Analysis: Input and maintain accurate records and databases. Prepare reports and spreadsheets as required.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and maintenance.
  • Project Coordination: Support project managers with administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Track project progress and follow up on action items.
  • Virtual Meeting Support: Set up and coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and conference calls. Troubleshoot technical issues related to virtual platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant. Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software (e.g., Google Workspace). Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
