About the Role:
As an Administrative Specialist, you will support property managers with database maintenance, correspondence, and invoice processing.

Responsibilities:
- Manage strata roll updates
- Issue Welcome Packs through Bing
- Handle Section 184 process and liaise with solicitors
- Manage debt collection up to legal action
- Issue by-law breach notices
- Assist with agenda and minute production
- Other ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
- Business/Office Administration Certificate or Diploma
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php15,00.00 per month
