Here are the qualifications for the job:
- a. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- b. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reach at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- c. High School Graduates are accepted
- d. Candidates need to be conversant in English
- e. Must be amenable to work onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to call questions and complaints using scripts
- Gather information, research/resolve queries, and log customer calls
- Provide guidance and support to lower-level employees
