Job Description
We’re looking for a Purchasing Staff to join our team at Kopiko Philippines Corporation. The ideal candidate will work with a pioneering team in one of the biggest FMCG groups. Responsibilities include analyzing suppliers’ proposals, costs, and quality, overseeing purchasing performance, and managing vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- Research potential vendors
- Compare offers, negotiate contracts
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review product quality
- Maintain vendor database
- Prepare reports, monitor stock levels
- Coordinate with warehouse staff
- Graduate with relevant experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 2 years’ experience in FMCG
- Familiar with food safety programs
- Proficient in MS Office applications
