Provide outstanding customer experience through chat, email, and back office support.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Deliver top-tier customer support via chat and email
- Execute back-office tasks efficiently
- Collaborate with team members for best results
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, 1 year BPO experience
- Chat/email communication, HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Technical account experience and tech-savvy
- Detail-oriented, night shift availability
Job Type: Full-time
