Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team for our ABA Clinic as a Medical Coordinator to perform Onboarding and Scheduling duties. This remote/WFH role requires residency in the greater Davao City area for potential conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding for new clients and therapists.
- Efficiently manage therapy session scheduling.
- Regularly communicate with clients and therapists.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records.
- Collaborate with the ABA agency team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of medical field experience (ABA therapy preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
