Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversees dealership operations in coordination with managers.
- Develops marketing strategies and materials.
- Ensures successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Establishes sales territories and quotas, seeks out new accounts.
- Facilitates employee development through mentoring and training.
Job Specifications:
- Requires Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Skills in sales, marketing, automotive, and operations management.
- At least 7 years of related work experience.
- Specialization in Business Operations or Automotive Sales preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,00.00 – Php55,00.00 per month
Benefits include company car, health insurance, paid training, and more.
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay: 13th month salary
Must be able to commute to San Fernando, Pampanga.
Education: Bachelor’s preferred
Experience in Automotive Industry and Sales Operations required.
Driver’s License preferred.
