Job Description
As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that the business runs smoothly. Your duties include managing staff, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive work environment.
You will also be responsible for scheduling shifts, handling payroll, and ensuring that all operational procedures are followed. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
