Job Description
We are seeking a talented Oracle Application Development Analyst specializing in CRM CX to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customizing and configuring Oracle applications to support Customer Experience (CX) solutions. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and developing applications that enhance customer interactions.
The successful candidate must have a strong background in Oracle technologies, including Oracle CRM, Oracle CX Cloud, and PL/SQL programming. Experience with integrating Oracle applications with other systems and familiarity with agile development practices are highly desirable.
