Job Description
The Sous Chef position is responsible for supervising a team of kitchen personnel, maintaining high food preparation standards, and providing operational support to meet divisional targets and maximize guest satisfaction at SWISSOTEL Clark.
Experience and skills required:
- 5-star hotel experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reputable Culinary school certification a plus
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Expertise in Asian Cuisine

Schedule: 10-hour and 8-hour shifts available
