Job Description
The Operations Officer oversees operational tasks to ensure smooth organizational processes. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, validating reports, resolving discrepancies, coordinating deliveries, and updating systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiate and process purchase orders in SAP system
- Validate Receiving Delivery Reports
- Resolve discrepancies related to reports
- Create comprehensive incident reports
- Monitor and track claims
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
