Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an HR Staff (Compensation and Benefits). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting job evaluations and analyzing compensation data to determine salary scales and ensure internal equity
- Administering various employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leaves of absence
- Keeping up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with compensation and benefits practices
- Assisting in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures
- Working closely with HR team and department managers to address employee compensation and benefits inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
