Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join CXI Services. As a Team Leader, your role involves managing a team of 10-15 agents, ensuring their performance exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities include performance evaluations, maintaining product knowledge, and enforcing company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Directly manage a team of 10-15 agents
- Evaluate agents’ performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Maintain product and procedural knowledge
- Administer company policies and best practices
- Track and report team attendance accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
