Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled US Commercial Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of commercial construction projects and preparing detailed quantity take-offs.
Key responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, conducting cost analysis, and collaborating with architects and engineers to provide accurate estimates. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
If you have a background in construction estimating and are proficient in estimating software such as Bluebeam or PlanSwift, we encourage you to apply.
