Job Description
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Associate specializing in Medical Equipment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers and field service engineers regarding our range of medical equipment products.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, resolving product-related queries, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
- Provide technical assistance to customers and field service engineers
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
