Job Description
The Station Officer ensures an efficient warehouse shift based on the assigned task by the warehouse manager, meeting target KPIs within the warehouse.
Main Duties:
- Assists the Station Head in operational and administrative processes such as inventory management, rider and route management, Cash on Delivery (COD) collection management, and more.
- Manages the hub’s day-to-day operations in the absence of the SH.
- Monitors Rider performance and conducts training to ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Ensures hub’s financial stability through rider management and analysis.
- Provides feedback and suggestions for hub performance improvement.
- Ensures proper parcel scanning and updating in the logistics management system.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in supply chain/logistics
- Cross-functional work experience
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in start-ups or logistics companies preferred
- Parcel Management knowledge

Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
