Job Description
The cost estimator at Hausland Development Corporation is responsible for quantity take off of horizontal works, vertical structures, and other necessary materials and labor. The role involves estimating soft and indirect costs in executing the job or delivering the finished product.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Establish and follow work priorities diligently.
- Maintain accurate and updated files and databases.
- Ensure neat and easily interpretable records.
- Effective communication across all levels.
Qualifications:
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Organized and flexible.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Computer literate.
