Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits (SS, PHIC, Pag-IBIG) and employee relations processes.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and occasional travel availability.
