Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the food delivery app over the phone.
- Offer customer assistance on orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Monitor company communication channels and take necessary actions.
- Gather feedback from drivers and passengers for improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- 1 month BPO experience required.
- Candidates without BPO experience need Customer-facing experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to Php27,00.00 per month
