Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to patient communications (via phone or email)
- Gather medical or insurance information
- Update patient records
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling
- Handle administrative tasks (e.g. fax/file management, transcription)
- Safeguard the confidentiality of patient information
