Job Description
Your Role
- Provide customer service for collection issues and monitor assigned accounts
- Reduce delinquency and handle client payments promptly
- Prepare account statements and deliver excellent customer service
About You
- High school graduate or College Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO or Customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite
- Must reside in Metro Manila, Rizal, or Cavite
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
