Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve clients by analyzing work orders, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and troubleshooting per standard procedures
Keep equipment operational by following instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and performing preventive maintenance
Document service and installation actions through required forms, reports, logs, and records
Job Requirements:
Graduate of any vocational course or equivalent
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects is an advantage
Work experience in Heavy Equipment/Generator Sets services or related industry is an advantage
Must possess a valid driver’s license
