Job Description
– Supervise and lead a team of 15 employees in various departments (packing, production, admins).
– Oversee daily operations, including order fulfillment, packing, and shipping.
– Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
– Manage inventory levels to meet demand and prevent stockouts.
– Coordinate with admin staff for seamless office operations.
– Implement quality control measures for packing and production.
– Address employee concerns, provide feedback, and facilitate team communication.
– Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional efficiency.
– Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices.
– Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
