Job Description
As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your main duties include identifying client needs, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction, create reports on client feedback, and continuously improve service delivery. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, previous customer service experience, and a proactive attitude. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
