Job Description
A Telesales / Lead Generation Specialist plays a key role in engaging potential customers over the phone to generate sales leads. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, promoting products/services, and building strong relationships with prospects.
- Conducting cold calls to potential clients
- Identifying sales opportunities and qualifying leads
- Meeting daily/weekly targets for lead generation
- Recording customer interactions and updating lead database
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure successful conversions
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive manner, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in telesales or lead generation is preferred.
