Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. Check out the list of vacancies we have for you:

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with clients.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based).
- BPO experience is a plus.
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status holder.
- 18 years old and above, with at least a high school diploma.
- Conversant in English language.
