Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative in our Contact Center. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through phone, email, and chat support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong willingness to assist customers. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
