Job Description
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) can be valuable.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), and software applications.
Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting, including knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and DNS.
Familiarity with security best practices and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and technologies.
Prior experience in IT support or related roles is often preferred.
