Job Description

Qualifications:
a. Minimum 18 years old
b. Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College

Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer calls, resolves queries, and provides guidance to colleagues.
- Offers expert services, assists in troubleshooting, and delivers timely solutions.
