Job Description
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate of Interior Design, Architecture, Business Management, Marketing Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in space design, real estate, or construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials and practices.
- Familiarity with the National Building Code.
- Proven track record of achieving at least 90% of annual net sales target.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and create Cost Estimates and Project Contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with a strong network of clients.
- Can provide a list of verifiable projects handled.
Job Scope:
- Build and maintain a network of clients, understanding their needs and fostering strong relationships.
- Strategically grow client businesses based on their requirements.
- Accurately interpret client information and provide comprehensive data to the team.
- Achieve annual sales and productivity targets, creating accurate cost estimates and project contracts.
- Monitor and control projects based on internal processes, producing detailed account servicing reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
