Duties & Responsibilities:

• Completely understands all Caramia policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs;
• Ensures store achieves objectives in sales, profitability, service, and quality
• Executes monthly sales and marketing plan;
• Receives food products correctly, maintains proper stock levels;
• Maintains control of restaurant’s cash fund;
• Prepares administrative paperwork in an organized manner;
• Assists in manning and scheduling store’s manpower;
• Evaluates staff quality, care, and morale;
• Develops staff in managerial and professional areas;

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or Culinary;
• Supervisory experience in the Food industry;
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills;
• Works well in a fast-paced setting;
• Clear communication skills and ability to perform physical activities;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
