Job Description
Job Title: Remote USRN-3 Agent with Hospital and BPO Experience
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary: $90,00 to $95,00 per year + 10% Night Differential
Requirements:
- Active PHRN/USRN license.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a hospital setting.
- Proficiency in healthcare Interqual and Concurrent Review BPO.
- Prior BPO operations experience desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Willingness to work the graveyard shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize hospital background for assessments and clinical guidance.
- Apply Interqual and Concurrent Review expertise for utilization management.
- Collaborate to optimize patient care and resource allocation.
- Enhance operational efficiency using BPO experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability for round-the-clock support.
- Start ASAP for high-quality remote healthcare services.
