Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (any course);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement management (IT supplies and medical equipment);
- Strong computer navigation skills;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog;
- Open to a Hybrid Work Set Up.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in procurement project activities from bidding to supplier selection/contracting;
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for RFQ/P processes;
- Monitor and follow up on catalog requests;
- Assist in vendor registration and contract creation processes;
- Support Market Procurement Manager on KPI achievement;
- Manage fleet operations through service providers.

- Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
