Job Description
Main Roles:
- Assist in resolving technical issues and providing support to end-users or clients
- Able to turn raw data into usable information which involves cleaning, combining, and analyzing data to find insights that help make decisions and strategies
- Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for reference and training purposes
- Create crystal report forms and reports for SAP Business One
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or any IT related Discipline
Other Skills (not required but a plus):
Basic knowledge on:
- Microsoft Windows SQL Administration & basic data extraction and processing
- Crystal report development
- SAP B1
