Job Description
As a Purchasing Assistant, your main responsibility is to support the procurement team in acquiring goods and services necessary for the company’s operations. You will assist in preparing purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Key tasks include researching potential suppliers, comparing prices and quality, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the procurement process. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
