Job Description
Qualification:
- At least 5 yrs experience in the related field
- Knowledgeable in quality management
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager in logistics or supply chain
- Strong management skills to attract and retain talent
- Required skills: Customer Account management, Customer service, relationship management
Job Description:
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and relations
- Implement 100% compliance to customer service processes
- Support sales division in customer relations
- Retain customers and grow business through follow-ups
- Provide customers with necessary updates and resolutions
- Conduct performance reviews and maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with other departments for business alignment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php45,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay Types:
- 13th-month salary
