Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Direct Associate who is fluent in Korean to join our team. As an HR Direct Associate, you will be responsible for providing HR support and services to employees who speak Korean. Your role will involve answering queries, resolving issues, and guiding employees through HR processes.
Key responsibilities include assisting with payroll, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HR records. Excellent communication skills in Korean and English are essential for this role. Previous HR experience and knowledge of Korean labor laws are a plus.
