Job Description
Job functions:
Responsible for coordinating and managing all HR transactional activities. Providing support in developing, implementing policies, procedures, and organizational development programs.
Job qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
- Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and employment regulations
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
