Job Description
– Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying to management
· Maintain electronics and hard copy filing system
· Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
· Perform data entry and scan documents
· Maintain office supplies for the department
· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and emails.
· Receiving, encoding, and monitoring all returned items – tool: Returns Monitoring Excel File; attaching the series number sticker for each incoming returned item
· Receiving, encoding, and monitoring all customer units repair
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources Generalist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
