Job Description

– At least 1 year experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client/customer relationship management is highly valuable. Candidates with a proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients or customers in a similar role are preferred.

– Ability to analyze market trends, identify potential clients, and evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition strategies using data-driven approaches.

– Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients, presenting proposals, and building strong relationships.

– Proficiency in negotiation techniques to close deals and secure new clients while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.

– A deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behavior to tailor acquisition strategies and offerings accordingly.

– Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align acquisition efforts with broader business objectives.

– Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client preferences, and business priorities to optimize acquisition strategies.

– Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies to streamline acquisition processes and track performance metrics.

– A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding acquisition targets and driving revenue growth for the organization.
