Job Description:
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing emails, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- At least 1-year working experience (Required).
- Highly Organized and can keep confidential information.
- Good analytical skills with accuracy and very keen to details.
- Proficient in using MS Application (Word, Excel and PPT).
- Currently residing in Marikina or nearby places (Preferred).
