Job Description
1. Perform assigned tasks based on documented procedures:
- 1.1 Serve as a window to the customer for all concerns and inquiries
- 1.2 Secure delivery plans and monitor actual delivery based on customer demand
- 1.3 Release quotations for new projects
- 1.4 Release inputs for production
- 1.5 Monitor and control Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG) stocks
- 1.6 Control delivery schedule
- 1.7 Support HQ Sales for initial feasibility commitment and review for new projects of Continental
- 1.8 Release all request for quote details to HQ for specification review and cost calculation
- 1.9 Review customer forecast and request raw materials from the material planner
- 1.10 Collect all receivables
2. Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment assigned to you.
3. Ensure proper handling of materials and products to avoid damages.
4. Follow working standards for your assigned task.
5. Ensure records and documentation of your process of responsibility.
6. Keep your working area safe to work with.
7. Report any abnormality happening in the workplace or process to your superior or person in authority.
8. Follow company rules, regulations, policies, work ethics, and safety reminders.
9. Make proper work endorsement.
10. Perform 5’s to maintain cleanliness in the area of responsibility.
11. Follow programs and activities related to Quality Management System (IATF 16949:2016) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015).
12. Perform any task assigned by your superior within your area of responsibility.

Salary: From Php18,00.00 per month
