Job Description
- Customer-centric, strong English writing & phone skills, proactive, stays on top of their support cases, not afraid to escalate cases to Technical Support, fun to have on the team
- Experience in eCommerce or a SaaS business would be a plus, but in any case the candidates need to be able to showcase that they’re tech-savvy as our solution is quite complex
- Solid experience working with APIs and data formats (such as XML, CSV, and JSON)
- Technical integration experience with e-commerce systems such as Magento, WooCommerce, or PrestaShop is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
