Job Description
- Work Setup: Hybrid (2x-3x a week)
- Work Schedule: Dayshift
- Office: Makati
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in project management in the FinTech Industry.
- Certified Project Management Professional is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinker with innovation drive.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project lifecycle from inception to delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Allocate resources and track utilization.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes.
- Build junior project management team capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month
