Job Description
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
- Ensuring timely management of customers’ requests
- Developing and maintaining accurate files
- Delivering high-quality service in a friendly and informed manner
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- HS or SHS Graduate
- At least 6 months BPO Experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Superb computer skills
- Willingness to work on-site
