The Role
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with all post-sales inquiries related to their orders. This includes addressing edit requests, managing deadlines, resolving order issues, processing claims, and ensuring seamless order management.
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Assistance: Provide timely and effective assistance to customers regarding their after-sales queries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout the interaction.
- Order Management: Manage orders efficiently to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery. Address any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process promptly and effectively.
- Edit Requests: Handle customer requests for order modifications or edits with precision and accuracy, ensuring that changes are implemented correctly and in accordance with customer specifications.
- Deadline Management: Monitor order deadlines closely and proactively communicate with customers to ensure that deadlines are met and expectations are managed appropriately.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders promptly, collaborating with internal teams as necessary to achieve timely resolution.
- Claims Processing: Guide customers through the process of filing claims, providing necessary assistance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient resolution of any claims made.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with customers, providing regular updates on the status of their orders and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
About You:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer requests and order information.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Experience in a customer-facing role or customer service environment preferred.
Familiarity with order management systems and processes is a plus.
Remote-ready: owns a desktop/laptop with at least 8GB of RAM, noise-canceling headset, and a stable internet connection with at least 20mbps speed, with a quiet space to take calls
