Job Description
- Timely and accurate processing of timekeeping documents for payroll preparation
- Prepares the Performance Evaluation Form and needed attachment
- Maintains and updates personnel 201 files and records
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and placement of manpower
- Timely address concerns of employees assigned to all distribution centers
- Assists in handling labor-related issues and assures uniform application of corrective consultation and “due process” procedure.
- Conducts quarterly audit of personnel 201 file
- Audit payroll entries per payroll cut-off
- Keeps track and record personnel movements such as regularization, promotions, transfers, resignation, and termination; implementation of corresponding adjustments, merit increases, and others
- In-charge of all employee engagement and company activities
- Prepares memorandum and cascade to all employees
- Ensures HR policies and procedures are aligned and implemented
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment process
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,00.00 per month
