Job Description
1. Oversees the design, development, and implementation of SAP systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet user requirements.
2. Manages the day-to-day operations of SAP systems, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and system optimization.
3. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external partners to support successful project delivery.
4. Manages SAP projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
5. Conducts regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to optimize SAP system performance.
6. Leads and supervises a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and training for their success and professional growth.
7. Collaborates with business stakeholders to define and prioritize SAP system enhancements or configuration changes.
8. Daily Accomplishments Report to be submitted daily, by 5pm. Performs other tasks as determined by immediate supervisor and/or Management.
